Can I add strobes to the MX SpeedCheck Module?

MX SpeedCheck Modules offer modularity with several optional configurations. In instances where you would like greater conspicuity when vehicle speeds exceed the violation alert speed, strobes are available.

Strobes are available in the following colors:

  • White
  • Red
  • Blue

Up to two strobes can be installed using any combinations of colors above. Strobes can be installed on the left side or right side of the system. These modules simply slot onto MX SpeedCheck circuit board.

Strobe(s) can be programmed to turn on once a vehicle speed is met or exceeded.

Strobe(s) flash at a predetermined flash rate (150 FPM) and cannot be adjusted.

For MUTCD compliance strobe(s) should be turned off.
