How do I view vehicle statistics and download vehicle data from my SPEEDCHECK-MX radar speed sign?
This article details viewing the vehicle data and downloading vehicle data for SPEEDCHECK-MX systems.
Product applicability
The following products are discussed in this article:
- MX Series: SPEEDCHECK-MX
MX Series is a modular, highly configurable, traffic safety product family with remote connectivity. SPEEDCHECK-MX takes our core radar speed sign functionality and integrates remote and local connectivity standard with each system.
- Each system contains local connectivity via Bluetooth - using MX Field App.
SPEEDCHECK-MX radar speed signs automatically log every detected vehicle, recording the date, time, speed, and applicable speed limit at the time of detection. The speed limit value programmed into the system serves as the baseline for calculating compliance statistics. If your system uses scheduled speed limit changes (e.g., school zone timing), the compliance data will reflect the correct speed limit in effect at the time, ensuring accurate reporting.

For more information on vehicle data and downloading vehicle logs see the MX Field App guide here. Requires MX Field App version 2.4.0 or later.
To analyze the vehicle data using MX Traffic Analyzer, see our article here.
Once you have the data downloaded you can delete it (Vehicle Data —> Delete). This will start fresh collecting new data as opposed to overwriting old data.
