Legacy Programmable Board
- Download and install the latest version of the SpeedCheck Manager software here.
- Open SpeedCheck Manager, confirm the Communications selection is set to Onsite/Bluetooth, and click on Establish Connection.
- Ensure you are within close range of the system and wait for the software to detect nearby Bluetooth devices. You should see the system advertise it's Bluetooth name as SpeedCheckXXXXX by default. It can later be renamed using the Set Time & ID button under the System tab.
- Click on the system name and click Connect.
- Once connected you can click on Run Test Sequence and look at the display LEDs to verify you are connected to the correct system.
- Navigate to Device Setup and Operating Modes for the two sections where most customers will use for system configuration.
- The password to enter the Device Setup tab is unlock.
- There's several options such as flashing beacons/strobes, school zone scheduling, and slow down messaging which will require additional configuration.

Updated Programmable Board
- Download and install the latest version of the legacy SpeedCheck Manager software here.
- Open SpeedCheck Manager, confirm the Communications selection is set to Onsite/Bluetooth, and click on Establish Connection.
- After connecting to a system you will be prompted to pair the system with your laptop
- Click on the dialog box in the bottom right corner to begin the pairing process.
- Click on Allow to pair the device.
- The sign is now paired and will be connected within SpeedCheck Manager.
- This process will need to be completed if you are connecting to a system for the first time or connected via another PC.
- Perform the same steps as above after connected.
